Please read the information below before requesting a cake from us:
Delivery must be to a BS postcode.
We ask for minimum 2 weeks notice. If you would like a cake sooner, pleaseemail usand we will see what we can do.
Please do not request a cake more than 2 months in advance.
Please provide full details of any dietary requirements/allergies. We never use nuts but cannot guarantee no traces of nuts.
We avoid non-edilbles such as glitter on our cakes, even if they are sold as 'safe for consumption'.
We can take requests for themes/flavours however we do not take requests to match a specific image.
Please also be aware that we are simply keen home bakers, not professionals.
Generally, we only make Birthday cakes for under 21's. If you would like a cake for another occasion, please email us.
Unfortunately we are unable to take self-referral requests. Please ask a partner organisation or support service you receive to refer you.
We do not consider facebook groups as referring organisations.
All information is kept confidential. Only information relevant to baking and delivering the cake is shared with the volunteer baker. We won't ask for any information that we don't need. All information is cleared when the request is complete.
Completing this form does not guarantee that you will receive a cake. You will hear from us via email to confirm.
We do not sell cakes for children's birthdays. Free Cakes for Kids is a voluntary organisaion, providing for families who have a need for our help.
We advise saving our email address to your email contacts as we often end up in folks junk and we can't get you a cake if we can't contact you! Our email is freecakesbristol@gmail.com. Do check your junk if you don't think you've heard back from us within 5 days of completing the form below.
