Ingredients

For the cakes:
​120g (4oz) caster sugar
120g (4oz) butter
2 Large Eggs
120g (4oz) flour
1 Apple (a standard eating apple so they aren't too sharp)
1tsp cinnamon
A little bit of milk to loosen the mixture
For the Crumble:
100g (3.5oz) Flour
60g (2oz) brown sugar
70g (2.5oz) butter

For the Buttercream:
175g (6oz) icing sugar
75g (2.5oz) butter
Up to 3 tablespoons maple syrup
